Summer IG Live Series: Stories to Inspire You
Hi Friend! I'm so excited to tell you about a new project I'm launching on Instagram next week. It's called “Summer Series: Stories to Inspire You” and every Wednesday on Instagram Live I'll interview a different woman about her story and life journey. Many of these women are personal friends who I've met throughout my life - from my time living in NYC, or growing up in Texas, during my TV career in various markets around the country, and through my current community of moms here in Dallas. They're artists, musicians, chefs, authors, entrepreneurs, non-profit founders - and each of them is on a mission to impact the world and continues to inspire me. I know you're going to love them!

My first guest is my dear friend, Rosie Jon, who is an artist, inspirational speaker, and writer. Rosie was born without arms but that hasn’t limited her ability to see the beautiful possibilities to live a life that she describes as extraordinary instead of ordinary. Rosie is a brilliant artist (she paints with her toes!) and busy mom of three keeping up with her two energetic young boys and baby girl, serving her children’s elementary school community as PTA co-president, teaching primary school kids (K-2) and working on her own children’s novel.
Rosie is a British-born Korean living in the USA. After studying math and computer science at Imperial College London, she pursued a career in computer animation/visual effects for Film and TV until married life took her to New York City.
I met Rosie several years ago through a dear friend in NYC and was immediately amazed by her beautiful spirit and incredible outlook on life. Every time I spend time with Rosie I walk away feeling encouraged and hopeful about whatever challenges or obstacles I might be facing in my own life. There is such power in hearing her story and seeing her beautiful outlook. Very few people who have inspired me more in my own journey of healing than her and I know you will absolutely love meeting her.
